There is a Marriage license issued to John B. Biggs, 29 Apr 1910, to marry Miss Cordia L. Philips. He gave his age as 18, her as 15. There were married by J. W. Gillham, on May 1st.
John B. Biggs also obtained a license to marry Miss Connie Best, 9 Mar 1918 - he was now 26 and Connie was 19. They were married on 10 Mar 1918 by J. B. Carley.

In 1910, the census was taken in April, John B. Biggs was still single. He was enumerated in Driggs Twp, Logan Co AR, boarding with the family of James B. Phillips. John was 188 and working as farm labor.

A database in a FamilyTree on Ancestry lists two more marriage between the death of Cordia Phillips in 1913 and the married to Connie Best in 1918. He is said to have married Ada L. Sykes, 23 May 1915. Then married Flora Merle Keck on 6 Feb 1916 - they had a daughter Neoma Lucille, born 1917. Both marriages Logan Co.

John Biggs applied for license to marry Ada Sykes - she was 23; she was 17. They were married by J. A. Davis, Minister of the Gospel, 23 May 1915. I have no clues as to what happened to Ada - whether she died or they were divorced

I did find the marriage when John married Flora Keck - he gave his age as 24; she was 16. D. H. Corley married them 6 Feb 1916.

A second listing on FindAGrave is for John B. Biggs and shows the same marker as above, but shows John's full name as John Bunyan Biggs, born 23 Jun 1891, died Mar 1972 with the note: married to Cordie Phillips. The stone has Connie's name.
Neither date of birth matches the information in the 1900 census that gave a John H. Biggs, b. May 1890, age 10, living with his father Sim Biggs and stepmother.
