Jeanne Winford, age 91, was born on October 6, 1922 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Herman Bach and Anna (Gill) Bach and passed away Monday, December 16, 2013 while at her home in Wagoner.
After high school, Jeanne married Frank Winford on September 21, 1946. They were blessed to share sixty five years of marriage together before his passing in 2012. Jeanne and Frank met while she was working at the Oklahoma State Employment office. After working for the state she was later employed for fifteen years with Fenix Sisson Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jeanne decided to take early retirement so she could spend more time at home with her husband and daughter. She was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church in Wagoner.
A few of Jeanne’s hobbies included sewing, knitting and feeding the birds.
Preceded in death by her parents and her soul mate, Frank Winford.
Memorial service: Monday, December 23, 2013 at Shipman Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Bill Holcomb officiating. Services were under the direction of Shipman Funeral Home & Crematory in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
