Listed as "Dillie" on grave stone of parents. Her grandmother Hays may have been Deliliah according to Census information from 1850 Tippah Co MS, but I believe they were both actually named Delitha.
Her parents were Elias B. Hays and Martha Francis Crutcher. They married in Tippah Co, MS in 1847 - and older widow, Delitha Hays, undoubtedly the mother of Elias, lived near them in the 1850 census in Tippah. They left soon after that census and moved to Johnson Co, AR.
