The birth is from a family bible. There is a apparently a gravestone in Lancaster Co that has a date of death as 16 Apr 1752, died at age 2 y 8 m. This would indicate, either the bible or the stone was wrong - or the date was transcribed wrong. The stone for his brother Robert is also 10 years different from the Bible record. Since other children were born in the later years, it would seem the Bible is correct. I wonder if the stones were worn and the ages were 12 and 16 instead of 2 and 6....
