Named as Sally Malloy in her father's will. She cannot be the same as the Sally Bowles who married Stephen Perkins Jr., 13 Dec 1772 or 1777. Sally Malloy's father had married Sarah Curd in 1767.
I found this: Mary Bowles to Stephen Mallory, 17 Dec 1787. I suspect this is a bad transcription and it is indeed the proper marriage for the Sally Malloy in Knight Bowles' will.
