Stephen Hail

There was apparently an even earlier Stephen Hail in Pulaski Co.
His will:
In the name of God, amen. I Stephen Hail of Kentucky in the County of Pulaski being well in body and perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body and and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, I do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, that is to say.
I appoint my son Thomas Hail and my son Laborn Hail, and my son John Hail Executors on my Estate. Also for all my lawful Debts to be discharged, and the rest of my property to be equally divided among my children this the 27th day of August 1810.

At a County Court held for Pulaski County at the Courthouse thereof in Somerset on monday the 27th day of February 1815, This will was proven to be the last will and Testament of Stephen Hail Deceased by the oath of Diwalt Keller and Israel Hart two subscribing witnesses thereto & ordered to be Recorded & the same is done accordingly. His inventory and appraisement [he was named as Stephen Hail, Senr.] was returned to the Courthouse in Somerset, Monday, 27 Mar 1815, and ordered recorded. The Appraisers were Richard Muse, Reuben Pierce, and Israel Hart. He had two horses, two cows and calves, hogs, seven slaves, cooper's tools. The total value of his estate was $1744.25.

I did find the following:
This Stephen Hail in Pulaski Co KY, 1830, had a household of six boys and two girls, the youngest of the girls under age 5 as Nancy would have been. He was age 50-60 and on the same page as the Stephen age 20-30 with the wife only 15-20, a Benj Hail Sr. age 40-50, and a James Hail age 50-60.
In 1840, Macon Co MO, I found Stephen Hail. He had 1m 10-15, 1m 15-20, 1m 20-30, and himself, age 60-70. There was a daughter age 10-15 [Nancy age 12] and his wife was age 50-60.
