Treba Lee "Sister" Workman, 83, of Van Buren went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. She was born Feb. 27, 1931, in Van Buren to late Leo and Lillian Wiggins. She was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She was happiest when surrounded by her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Workman.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen Ball and husband Brad of Van Buren and Kathy Jackson and husband Steve of Cedarville; two sons, Ken Workman and wife Cindy and Keith Workman and wife Angie, all of Van Buren; four sisters, Freda Workman, Reba Fears, Juanita Cameron and Jean Salisbury, all of Van Buren; four brothers, Clifford Wiggins of California, Bill, Monty and Rusty Wiggins, all of Van Buren; three grandchildren, Landon Workman, Andrea Brisher and Jamie Jackson, all of Van Buren; four great-grandchildren, Luke, Kelsey and Rory Workman, and Bella Brisher; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. There is no service scheduled at this time.

Mr. Curtis Workman, 80, died in his home, June 16, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Treba of Van Buren; two daughters, Karen Ball and her husband Brad of Van Buren and Kathy Jackson and her husband Steve of Natural Dam; two sons, Ken Workman and his wife Cindy and Keith Workman and his wife Angie, all of Van Buren; three grandchildren, Landon Workman, Andrea Brisher and Jamie Ray Curtis Jackson; three great-grandchildren, Luke and Kelsey Workman and Bella Brisher; four sisters, Olena Harris, Pauline Johnson, Gail Dean and Parthena Campbell; as well as one brother, Bob Workman.
Mr. Workman will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. There are no services planned.
