Susanna Olney was the daughter of Jeremiah Olney, gg granddaughter of Thomas Olney of Providence. Her mother was Susanna Brown, a great granddaughter of Chad Browne of Providence.

Rubecca was the daughter of Stephen Peck. She was born 27 Apr 1746 in Rehoboth.


U.S. Supreme Court cases: Wilkinson vs. Leland, 1829, cited an act of the Rhode Island Legislature, 1777:
March 1777. Caleb Fuller, stating that he and Oliver Fuller of Rehoboth, MA are joint owners of a ferry and Fuller refuses to use it be turns, the one during one week, and the other the next; and praying th assembly to grant that he shall improve said ferry with said Fuller in turns, exchanging every other week, and that his turn may begin the first day of next week, as has been customary for a number of years heretofore, etc. Granted.
The ferry was later sold to Josiah Blake who in turn sold it to Daniel & Jacob Comstock in Aug 1782.

24 Oct 1787 Caleb Fuller of Pomfret gave to his son Olney Fuller of Providence, phsyician, 20 3/4 acres part of his homestead and the west quarter of the farm purchased from Jacob Comstock on 17 Jul 1782. Rec'd. 25 Oct 1787.

28 Jul 1806 Caleb Fuller sold to son Lyndon Fuller, 28 Jul 1806, half of his farm in Pomfret that he had purchased 17 Jul 1782 from Jacob Comstock. $1500, estimated as his portion in Caleb's estate Tract of 83 acres, the South part of his home farm. Bounded at the NW corner by Rufus Burtons land, by the Turnpike road from Pomfret to Providence, the land of Oliver Grosvenor, land of Sarah Paine, land of Benjamin Ducik. The South half to be taken off to contain 41 1/2 acres. Signed by Caleb Fuller; Witnessed by Nancy & Thos. Grosvenor. Acknowledged by Fuller on that date.

Mills. Adjoining Jedediah Perins, land formerly belonging to Thos. Lamb, land of heirs of Josiah Garry, Deceased. 23 Jun 1807 Caleb Fuller sold 19 acres of his home farm in Pomfret to Olney Fuller for $600. Olney promptly resold it to Joseph Lawrence. Olney Fuller was living in Caledonia County, Vermont. The 19 acres was in the NW corner of the home Farm and bordered land of Olney Burton and was on the South side of the Turnpike Road. Signed: Caleb Fuller. Witnessed by Lucy Farmington and Thos. 8 Jul 1807 Olney Fuller sold the 19 acres in Pomfret to Joseph Lawrence of Killingly for $475.

14 Jul 1807 Caleb Fuller found it necessary to mortgage his remaining 60 acres, land where he was living, to Ephraim Tucker of Pomfret for the sum of $317. He describes the land as being at the Turnpike road where Grosvenors lane leads off, land of the widow Paine, land of Benjamin Ducik, the land he lately conveyed to his son Olney which Olney has sold to Joseph Lawrence. Payable in eighteen months with interest.
