In 1900 and 1910, Dennie was listed as a daughter. Only Opie and Doy were listed as children in the Goodspeed article. It does appear she was born about six months after the death of her father.

Mr. William Redding Praytor, 52, of 124 Highland Circle, Panama City Beach, died in Enterprice, Alabama, April 12, 1974. He is survived by his wife: Mrs. Ann B. Praytor of Panama City Beach; two daughters: Miss Catherine Praytor of Atlanta, Georgia and Miss May Lynn Praytor of Panama City Beach; mother; Mrs. D. J. Freeman of Houston, Tex.; three brothers: Frank D. Praytor of Houston, Tex., R. B. Praytor of Atlanta, Ga., and J. L. Praytor of Hattiesburg, Miss.; a sister: Miss Helen Praytor of Seattle, Washington. Mr. Praytor was a retired executive of Ford Motor Co., and served in World War II in the Army Air Corps. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans and a member of Sigma Delta Chi. Graveside funeral services will be Sat 10:30 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with the Rev. Thomas H. Stone officiating. The family is staying at South Pacific Motel, Panama City Beach, Florida.
