William Franklin (Frank) Wiggins was raised by his foster mother Mandy Wiggins after both of his parents had died, they thought the parents' surname was Wright, but he took their name to be his own. He married Lillie Mae Winford July 19, 1899 in Crawford Co., AR. They had 7 children, 2 died young, Martha and another name unknown. They had 2 daughters Gladys S Donham and Lillian F Hall and 3 sons Leo Franklin, Alfonso Jack and Jim (birth name Faye Travis) Wiggins.
