Funeral is Held For W. E. Bertram
Funeral for W. E. Bertram, 70, of Bonham, a former resident here for over 20 years, was held in Bonham with burial in the Ladonia Cemetery.
Mr. Bertram died Friday in a Sherman hospital.
He was born Dec 2, 1897, in Arkansas. He was a former member of the First Christian Church in Abilene and in Bonham, where he was a member of the official board.
He moved to Bonham from Abilene about four years ago.
Survivors include his wife Thelma of Bonham; two daughters, Mrs. R. W. Shield of Bonham and Mrs. F. W. Giddens of Costa Mesa, Calif.; a son Billy Bob of New Orleans; four sisters; two brothers; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
