At the time Lillie's Delayed Birth Certificate was issued, she gave her name as Lillie May Heflen of Fort Seward, CA - 10 Nov 1956. She also stated that her mother's name was Dorothy Trotter, though it is recorded other places, including the marriage record, as Georgia Trotter.

The supporting evidence for the Delayed Birth Certificate included a birth certificate of daughter Lillie May Heflin, born 5 Jan 1943.

In 1920, Lillie's grandfather, Peter P. B. Allen, age 73, was living with her family. Lillie apparently had an earlier marriage as there was a Clarence M. [surname unreadable], age 8, living with the family. The local school teacher, Michael Webb, age 28, was also boarding with the household.
