Ada appears in a picture taken at Grandma Comstock's birthday party about 1949. JoEllen also had a Christmas card from Charles & Ada in 1962 with their picture. And there is a picture from Jan 5, 1958, their 50th Anniversary party - a child and husband are with them but unidentified. Mrs. C. A. Riddle, a cousin, was one of the servers at the 50th Anniversary of my grandparents, Kenney & Nora Comstock; she was my grandfather's 1st cousin.

She appears in Oklahoma with her father in 1900, apparently they were living with his new wife's brother.

Ada Mae Riddle died 20 Dec 1975 at the Holiday Lodge Nursing Home, Longview, Gregg, TX. Her residence was 1301 Eden Drive - she had lived in Longview for 45 years. She was a widow, born 12 Jul 1889 in Arkansas - age 86 at death. Father was Tom Birchfield; mother Eta Wood. Mrs. Mack Jackson, her daughter Ruth, was the informant. Ada died of hemiplegia, left side - presumably she had a stroke. Buried Grace Hill Cemetery, Longview, on 22 Dec 1975.
