Individual Details
Rosepha Ann Comstock
(2 Nov 1804 - )
Her name is spelled Rocepha in the John A. Comstock which, according to a descendant, was incorrect.
Date of marriage of Frinda Hawkins & William Comstock as Mar 1804 would indicate this child is the 1st born of that union. She married Dr. James Tripp.
The Tripps must have gone to Whitewater, Wisconsin. I have been given to understand more about this family can be found in the books, Annals of Whitewater, Wisconsin and History of Walworth County, Wisconsin. Also History of the Town of Richmond, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, from its first settlement to 1882 is said to have mention of the Comstocks, but spelled as Cumstock.
