A Margaret Wishard is buried in the same Cemetery, but the data is all wrong based on the above census records, etc. as place on FindAGrave. I suspect either an unreadable marker or simply a transcription error.
FindAGrave lists her date of death as 7 Sep 1886, not 1890.
