I have not found Augustine in the 1820 census.

Augustine Felts first appeared on the Logan Co KY tax rolls in 1824 with a few slaves and horses, but no land. He continued to be listed through 1831, but no land was ever noted. In 1839, Phebey Felts was listed with 100 acres on the Gasper River.

he appears to have a married child living with him.
He was located just after Rebecca Haden, Jefferson Haden, Nathaniel H. Felts, and Joseph Rogers. [Nathaniel & Joseph both married to daughters of Rebecca, Jefferson was Rebecca's son.]

From a descendant:
The will of Augustine Felts who died in 1831 (which is why he is dropped from the tax list) supposedly indicates that he had children Mary Whitehorn (m. John Whitehorn, 18 Mar 1811), Elizabeth Rose (m. William Rose), Phebe Withers (m. William Withers), Nathaniel H. (no wife mentioned), and Martha Ann Hall (m William W. Hall). Perhaps they were not named in the will itself but in some settlement document.
My Note: maybe a land division or court order exists that names the children.
