John Sayles

Old research combined this man with a John Sales who came first to Boston and then Manhattan (New Amsterdam). John Sales had married Phillip Soales in England, 13 Aug 1625 in Little Wadlington, Suffolk. She died on the journey to the colonies. There were two daughters, but no sons. He is NOT that man.
An earlier John Sayles appears on a list of men in Providence in 1645 and cannot be the later John who is documented there. He could have been his father.
