Victor Longre, age 26, was working in a soft drink parlor and living with his parents. Although he was listed as married, he seems to have separated from his wife by this time.Divorce
1940 Census reports that Victor was divorced. They seem to have been separated much earlier, because the 1930 Census shows Ellen living with the family of her sister, Geneva Learned, in Milwaukee, and Victor living with his parents in Racine.Census
