Although the marriage record of Pierre Lacombe and Françoise Collard states that Pierre was the son of Jean Baptiste Lacombe and Marie Grenier, and that François was the daughter of François Collard and Marguerite Élie, I believe this was an error. I believe the names of the groom's mother and the bride's mother were transposed. The only Jean Baptiste Lacombe living in Yamachiche t that time and of a proper age to have marriageable children, was himself married to Marguerite Élie (or Helie). This can be seen in the marriage records of several of their other children. I have not found a Marguerite Élie who was married to a François Collard.
Addendum: I take that back -- the marriage record of Marie LaComble to Joseph Petit-Clair (27 Oct 1760) states that the parents of the bride were Jean Baptiste LaComble and Marie Grigner. I'm still puzzled though, as to how Marguerite Elie fits in to the marriage of Pierre LaCombe and Françoise Collard.
