Obituary:Mrs. ROMAN (TOOTS) SIMONS, 71, formerly of Rt. 1 Green Bay, died Thursday, Sept 21, 1989 at a local nursing home after a lengthy illness. the former LUELLA VAN NELSON, daughter of the late MARTIN & LOTTIE (LAUNDRIE) VAN NELSON was born May  30, 1913 in Bay Sttlement.  She was a lifelong Green Bay resident and married ROMAN SIMONS  on May 30, 1936 at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Green Bay.  Survivors includer her husband, ROMAN; three sons and daughters-in-law; GARY & JUDY SIMONS; ROBERT & MARY SIMONS; RICHARD & SANDY SIMONS, all of Green Bay; two daughters and sons-in-law, SALLY & DANIEL HASSLER, Arizona; LYNN & DALE DUCAT, Appleton.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
