Mrs. Sophia Ruelle, 87, of 2608 13th St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday Jan. 29, at home. 
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St.Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Rober Sladek will officiate and burial wil be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers, Mrs. Ruelle was born May 13, 1898 at Green Bay, daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Daul) VandenBusch. She was married to Edward Vieau and he preceded her in death in 1920. She then married Arthur J. Ruelle, April 10, 1923, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death August 10, 1973.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert & Dolores Ruelle of Manitowoc and Edward & Bernice Vieau of Two Rivers. Two daughters and sons-in-law, Alice Mae & Paul Posvic of Two Rivers and Marian & Hilary Hearley of Two Rivers; a sister, Ethel Engel of Shorewood, Wis; four sisters-in-law, Mrs. Agnes Krey of Two Rivers, Mrs. Dorothy Ruelle of Manitowoc, Mrs. Buryl Ruelle of Menasha and Mrs. Jennie VandenBusch of Green Bay; 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, a sister and five brothers. Friends may call at Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday where a parish memorial service will 7 p.m.
