Janet Mae Nelson was born on May 1, 1922 to Charles and Mary (Antilla) Nelson, she had a twin sister Joyce.
On August 23, 1941 she married Charles J. Michaud at Loretto, Michigan. Together they had 5 children; Barbara, Mary Lou, Kathy, Wayne and Gale, all who survive her. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 infant sisters: Lorraine, LaVerne, Eunice and Doris and three brothers, Charles, Robert and Donald.
