Nelda M. (Beaudo) Kolosso, age 80, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at her residence in Appleton.
On December 18, 1934, Nelda Marie was born in Menasha to Michael and Cora (Drengler) Beaudo.
She was a graduate of St. Mary Catholic High School.
On September 25, 1954, Nelda was united in marriage to James V. Kolosso at St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha; he preceded her in death on May 13, 1988.
In her younger years, Nelda loved to watch her sons' sporting events and never found a referee she liked, especially if the call pertained to her children. She also enjoyed golfing, playing the slots, traveling and knitting. Nelda always wanted to learn more and probably read every book in the library. Her greatest passion was caring for her husband and children and later for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in which she greatly adored.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law: Duane Coenen and Tom (Joan) Kolosso.
The Funeral Service will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Wichmann Funeral Home – Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery in the Town of Menasha.
