Age 3 in 1860. Age 13 in 1870.Her death certificate states that she was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, but I am dubious about this until I see more evidence that they lived in that area.

Peter and Louisa had been married for 26 years. Louisa had had six children, all of whom were still living. Peter Jr. and Julia Salvail had been married less than a year, and had no children. John and Julia Dean had been married for 46 years. Julia had had ten children, seven of whom were still living.
Strange that Edgar Salvail was left off this census. He was the youngest of the family, and would have been six years old. He is listed on the 1910 census.
