Marie (Horn) Shamp, 86, passed away June 11, 2011, at The Geauga Assisted Living home in Montville.
Mrs. Shamp worked for Precious Metal Plating in Willoughby until she retired at the age of 82.
Survivors include her children, Victoria (Frank) Fink and Kathleen (Michael) Petric; grandchildren, Lisa (Doug) Wilson, Jim (Maggie) Shamp, Joseph (Jenni) Fink; Todd (Anita) Petric, Melissa (Jon) Hodge and Sean (fiancee, Annie) Petric; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua, Matthew, Madison, Hailey, Rylee and McKenzie; brother, Robert Horn; sister-in-law, Kate Horn; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Shamp; sisters, Mable Horn, Irene Reagan and Grace Thomas; and brothers, Raymond and Edward Horn.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 460 E. 321 St., Willowick. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
