Drummondville, April 18th 1842: On this eighteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-two, the Body of Christopher Menut Esquire Captain of Militia and Justice of the Peace of La Baie St. Antoine who died, accidentally, on the evening of the fifteenth of this present was interred in the parish burial yard. Aged sixty years.
