Alt name
Some of the children's birth records refer to their mother as Hazel Coulter. This, along with the gap between the births of the first two children, suggest that there may have been two different Hazels. However, the death record of Hazel Bush, in 1956, states that her father's name was Durack, not Coulter -- and this shows that the first Hazel was the only Hazel. Not clear why some records refer to her with the name Coulter.Endnotes
