Virginia Lydia PULS

(8 Feb 1918 - 28 Feb 1998)

Pat L. Champeau provided this portrait of her mother:
My Mom worked full time as a secretary/receptionist at: American Chair, Thomas Industries, Amour Leather, and Schultz Sav-O stores between 1936 and 1980 when she had a small stroke that forced her to retire. She was then taken to the Mayo Clinic where she became the 13th person to recieve brain bypass surgery in the United States.
She had a massive stroke in late February of 1998 shortly after turning 80 yrs of age.
When she was younger she and my father would enjoy dancing together. She also enjoyed traveling and we saw much of the United States as a family.
