Baptism record clearly refers to François (a boy's name), with masculine verb endings. The burial record, while giving the same parents and a matching age, clearly refers to Françoise (a girl's name), with feminine verb endings. They almost certainly refer to one individual, but whether it was a boy or a girl, I don't know. I will record two individuals, just to be safe.
