Family members enumerated on this census are: Pierre, age 45; Exilda, age 45; Ovila, age 19; Mathilda, age 8; and Arthur, age 17. It states that Exilda had borne three children, and that all three were still alive. I know that she had more, however; I have seen and cited the records. I presume (but am not yet certain), that the others had all died by this time. It also states that the three above children were all born in Massachusetts, but I know that Ovila was born in Quebec. The date given for the family's immigration is 1880 -- eight years before their marriage.Emigration
