1900 census says that he was born in Wisconsin. Marriage record to Caroline Vincent reports that he was born in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Marriage record to Nellie King reports that he was born in Livingstone, Wisconsin.

This record states that this was Edgar's first marriage -- obviously not true.

Eddie Moore, age 37, was living with his mother, Lydia Moore. He is listed as married, but no wife was in residence, and Nellie Moore was back living with her parents, and listed as divorced.
