Myrtle Era Thaxton

Posted at findagrave.com: Era was the daughter of William Nathaniel (Bill) Thaxton and Talmarcan Zadie Parker Thaxton. At the age of 13 she married K.V. Kirkpatrick and they were married till his death in 1987. They had two children, Bette Jean and Dudley Ray. Era was living at the home of her daughter in Kemp, Texas. After a fall she was rushed to the hospital and later died there from an infection. Services were held at the Tomlinson Feneral Home in Kemp and she was taken back to Tool to be buried next to her husband. She was my aunt and a very sweet lady. She will be missed by family and friends. Rest in peace Aunt Era. Virginia
