He was born Feb. 7, 1905 in Waltonville, to the late Wayman and Anna Mannen Norris. Mr. Norris was a retired railroad agent and billing clerk. He was married in 1931 to Dorothy Harris Norris, who survives, along with two sons, Wayman Norris, Sesser, and Robert Norris of Christopher; and a brother, Royal Norris of Mesa, Ariz. The Rev. Cecil Martin will officiate at the funeral services which are scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Brayfield Funeral Home in Sesser. Interment will be in Knob Prairie Cemetery in Waltonville.
