Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Wednesday, April 8, 1970: Funeral Set for Resident of Clyman. Catherine L. Kirkpatrick, 96, Clyman, died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Beaver Dam, following an illness of six weeks. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born Dec. 18, 1873 in Erie, Pa., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lynch. She was married to Frank Kirkpatrick Jan. 10, 1927 at Waukegan, Ill. Mrs. Kirkpatrick is survived by two sons, Alvin Kirkpatrick of Clyman and Kenneth Kirkpatrick, Milwaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Greta Johnson of Milwaukee and Mrs. Lois Murphy of Columbus; 23 grandchildren, and 64 great-grand children. She was preceded in death March 16, 1961, by her husband and two daughters. Mrs. Kirkpatrick resided in the Clyman area since 1931. Funeral services for Mrs. Kirkpatrick will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Berndt Funeral Home, Juneau. The Rev. Earl Reichert will officiate. Burial will be in Mifflin Cemetery, Mifflin. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday.
