Benjamin B. (Ben) Jones was the second child of Jesse S. and Leora (Bell) Jones. He was born 21 March 1895 at Platteville, Grant County, Wisconsin, and died in August 1945. He married Irene Richardson at Platteville, 17 February 1917. He lived in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he worked for some nineteen years for Nash-Kelvinator.

There were three (3) children born of the marriage.
