He is buried at Norwood Cemetery, Siloam Springs*. On 17 November 1920 he married Maggie Alice Powell, daughter of Samuel B. and Nancy C. (Richardson) Powell. She was born 22 November 1894 at Parkland, Lincoln County, Oklahoma.

He was born March 19, 1898, in Montrose, Mo., and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Chirch. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Pyeatte Funeral Home Chapel in Siloam Springs with Dick Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Norwood Cemetery.
