Clarrisa Belle Kirkpatrick

Clara Kirkpatrick was the second child of Samuel Cotter and Caroline (Ritchey) Kirkpatrick. She was born 25 May 1870 in Cass County, Nebraska. She died 13 March 1948 in Madison, Wisconsin. She married Charles Marquette at Platteville, Wisconsin on 1 May 1907, but they were later divorced. Clara (Kirkpatrick) Marquette is buried in Platteville, Wisconsin.
After the divorce Charles Marquette remarried to Mrs. Pauline Pickering. Charles was born in Lima Township, Grant County, Wisconsin, 13 April 1885, and died 18 November 1945 near his home at Milton Junction (near Janesville), Wisconsin, where he had lived for forty years. His car was struck by a Milwaukee Road passenger train and he was killed instantly. He had been a farmer, electrician, carpenter and insurance adjuster.
