News-Tribune & Herald, Duluth Minnesota, Monday August 2, 1982: Bergitha P. Brisco, formerly of 222 N. 2nd Ave. E. Funeral services 1 pm Wednesday at the Johnson Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Dr. Stanley N. Olson, officiating. Interment Park Hill Cemetery. Friends may call for 1 hour prior to service. Bergitha P. Brisco, 94, formerly of 222 N. Second Ave. E., died Saturday at Nopeming Nursing Home. She was born in Norway and had been a Duluth resident for more than 60 years. She had retired as a furrier with Master Furriers. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and a life member of Nortun Lodge of the Sons of Norway. Surviving are a daughter, Alvilda (Leonard) Nelson of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Dagny O'Conner of Northfield, Minn.; two brothers, Edmond Dybvig of Gardield, Minn.; and Arthur Dybvig of Bellevue, Idaho; two granddaughters and four great-grandsons.
