Obituary in San Diego Union, Feb. 17, 1978, B-12: Edward R. Brousseau of 1518 Olivewood Lane, Alpine, a former machinist at the Langley Corp. died Tuesday in a hospital. He was 77. Mr. Brousseau, who was employed at Langley Corp. for 30 years, was born in Silver Springs, Colo., and moved to San Diego County 57 years ago. He was a former member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Surviving are his wife, the former Janet R. Castle, and a sister, Mrs. Dora Puddycomb of Chula Vista. There will be no services. Cremation is planned and his ashes will be scattered at sea. Carroll's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
