Annie Virginia Jones

Posted at findagrave.com: We don't have much on Annie Virginia ("Jen" the fourth child), but we do have several pictures of her and her son Charles Kirkpatrick. Some of the pictures are dated. One picture of Charlie in a uniform(Canadian Military), taken during the first World War in Glasgow, Scotland, Aug, 1917. We have one picture of Jennie at the City Hall Building in Weir City, KS. The most recent picture of her was taken October 12, 1944 on her 82nd birthday.
We have a deed where Jennie purchased a burial lot in the Ponca I.O.O.F. cemetery at Ponca City, OK on June 20, 1945 and her son Charles purchased one November 9th 1945. There is a double headstone at lot 102 and 103, section 4.
Further research has found at least three husbands in her past and many other men. Alcoholism was rampant in her family and she fought that demon all her life. Her last husband was Calvin Huffman who is also burried in this cemetery.
