(Prall) Hamm, 90, of Upton, died early Wed., Feb. 11, in Westborough Health Care Center, where she had resided for several years. She was the widow of Leslie E. Hamm, who died in 1990 after 54 years of marriage. Mrs. Hamm was born in Alliance, Nebraska, the daughter of the late Roy and Orpha (DeRoss) Prall. She grew up in Nebraska and had lived in Connecticut and then in Longmont, Colorado for over 20 years before coming to Upton in 1990. A factory worker, she was a former member of the Rebekahs and the Upton Woman's Club and enjoyed gardening. She leaves one son, Lloyd Hamm, Sr. and his wife, Joan, of Upton; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sat., Feb. 14, at 11 a.m. in the Williams - Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. A calling hour at the funeral home will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Sat. only.
