Posted at findagrave.com: Atlanta Constitution, Oct 25, 1912---W.D. Brodnax, 66 years old, died at the Soldiers' home Thursday morning. He was a member of Company H, Eleventh Georgia Cavalry, during the civil war. The body was remove to Poole's chapel, funeral announcements to be made later.

****Note: the Atlanta Constitution was in error stating that William served in the cavalry, he actually served Company H, 11th Ga Infantry Regiment.
