daughters, Mrs. Walter Jepson, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Charles Oliver, Des Moines; Mrs. Tony Cush, Dundee; five sons, Wesley, Manchester; Edward, Beloit, Wis.; Lloyd, Omaha; Harlan, Rock Island, Ill.; Wilbur, Dubuque; 23 grandchildren.

Wilbur Theodore Letts was born 15 June 1931 but apparently was raised as Theodore Wilbur Cornwell.

Dubuque Telegraph Herald, Dubuque, Iowa, Sunday, September 18, 1955, Page 31, Col. 1: Edwin R. Letts. Manchester, Ia.,---Services for Edwin R. Letts, 83, who died Friday at a local nursing home, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Shelly Funeral Home. The Rev. Harold C. Anderson will officiate and burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Mr. Letts was born Aug. 29, 1872 in Clayton County. He married Clara Fullman of Elkader and the couple farmed in the Edgewood vicinity. They moved to Manchester in 1926 and Mr. Letts was employed at a local lumber company before his retirement.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Walter Jepson of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Charles Oliver of Des Moines, and Mrs. Tony Cush of Dundee, Ia.; five sons, Wesley of Manchester, Edward of Beloit, Lloyd of Omaha, Harlan of Rock Island, Ill., and Wilbur of Dubuque and one sister, Mrs. John Cornwall also of Dubuque.
