The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. McCale was born in Wilton, Mo., and lived in this area most of her life. Survivors include two sons, Jack R. McCale, Prairie Village, and Robert E. McCale, Farmington, Mo.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
