Published in Great Falls Tribune on Oct. 11, 2006: Patricia J. (Noyes) Moats, 68, of Great Falls, a retired bar manager, died of natural causes Tuesday at a local hospital. A memorial service is 2 p.m. Friday at O'Connor Memorial Chapel. Cremation has taken place under the direction of O'Connor Funeral Home. Survivors include daughters Penny (Greg) Phegley of Wadena, Minn., Peggy (Mark) Trotman of Red Lodge and Jessie Moats of Seattle; sons Randy (Alisa) Moats of Great Falls and Ricky Moats of Miles City; a sister, Shirley Rasmussen of Starbuck, Minn.; grandchildren Daryl Moats, Jessie Moats, Cassandra Spear, Alana Frederick, Natasha Dixon, Cody Spear and Levi Trotman; and great-grandchildren Dakota Dixon and Sadie Frederick.
