Katherine "Kitty" Annie Fluty

Lexington Herald, Lexington, Kentucky, Saturday, July 9, 1938, Page 12, Col. 1 & 2: Mrs. Ann Engle, 80, of the Winchester pike, widow of James Engle, died at 11:55 o'clock Thursday night at the Good Samaritan hospital after a long illness. She was born and reared in Estill county, a daughter of the late W. A. and Adelia Wilson Fluty, and was a member of the Baptist church. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Philip Webber, Winchester pike; two nieces, Mrs. Robert Sutton, Lexington, and Miss Bessie Fluty, Winchester, and seven nephews, Wy Webber, Louisville; Charles W. and Hugh Webber, Lexington; Robert Fluty, Detroit; Grover Fluty, Berea; Carlisle Fluty, Winchester, and Holley W. fluty, Hartford, Conn. The body was removed to Kerr Brothers' Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon at the grave in the Winchester cemetery, the Rev. Paul Montgomery of Winchester officiating. Pallbearers will be Wy Webber, Charles W. Webber, Hugh Webber, Carlisle Fluty, W. Y. Jones and W. E. Mitchell.
