Pocahontas Record Democrat, Pocahontas, Iowa, July 11, 1974, Page 4, Col. 2: Funeral services for Clarence Hotovec of Grand Junction, Colorado were held Thursday, July 11, at 10 a.m. at Grand Junction. Mr. Hotovec died Saturday. July 6, in a hospital in Durango, Colo. of injuries received in a two-car collision which occurred near Durango last week. Survivors include his widow, Jun, the former June Stearns of Plover; five sons and four daughter; one sister, Mrs. Leonard Storr of Illinois City, Ill.; and one brother, Henry Hotovec of Pocahontas. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hotovec, preceded him in death. The Hotovecs were former Pocahontas and Ware residents and now live at 2114 Saguaro Road, Grand Junction, Colorado 51501.
