Sedalia Democrat, Sedalia, Missouri, Sunday, Oct. 25, 1981, Page 4, Col. 2: Versailles---Laura Reich, 89, died Friday at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was born March 8, 1892, in Morgan County to William and Ann Burkhart Ratcliff. On May 25, 1915, she married Nelson Moore, who died in 1939. She married Frank Reich on April 29, 1943. He died in 1949. Mrs. Reich was a member of the First Baptist Church in Versailles.

Survivors include one son, Arthur Moore, Wheatland; two daughters, Dorothy Meyer, Jefferson City; and Emma Jean Turpin, Syracuse; one sister, Sudie Cooper, Stover; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles with the Rev. Joe Acuff officiating. Burial will be at the Versailles Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
