Daily Mountain Eagle, Jasper, Alabama, Wednesday, August 23, 2000: Fred Coston Bush Sr., 86, of Jasper died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 25, 2000, in the Kilgore-Green Chapel with burial in Walker Memory Gardens. Full military honors will be presented at the graveside by the Walker County Honor Guard. Houston Gardner will officiate. Kilgore-Green Funeral Home will direct. Visitation will be at 6 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 24, 2000, in the parlor at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home in Jasper. He was a member of the Zamora Shrine Temple, V.F.W., American Legion, the Operating Engineers Union of Birmingham, the Moose Lodge of Ft. Walton, Fla. and Boldo First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Floyd and Bill Mann and granddaughter, Sarah Lorene Bush. He is survived by his wife, Lorene Bush of Jasper; daughter, June Bush Tidwell of Arley; sons, Newman T. Bush of Tupelo, Miss. and Fred Bush Jr. of Edmond, Okla.; brothers, Floyd Bush of Trussville, Alfred Bush of Dothan, Frederick Bush of Pintlala and Ed Mann of Hackleburg; sister, Anne Kennedy of Ft. Walton, Fla.; grandchildren, Debra Thompson and Cassandra Tingle of Arley, Rebecca Bush of Studio City, Calif., Kathy Lewis of Montgomery, Jill Raines and Charlotte Cordova of Edmond, Okla, Lisa Drummond of Irmo, S.C., Fred Bush III of Austin, Texas and Sydney Bush Foster of Nashville; and 14 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Paul Thompson, Larry Thompson, Don Drummond, Mike Cordova, Matt Foster, Bob Lewis, Kelly Raines and Fred Bush III.
