Burl Kirkpatrick, 46,m died at the Miner's hospital early on Wednesday morning. he was a coal miner and was employed at Zeigler No. 2 mine and a member of U. M. W. of A. No. 40. The life-long resident of the county is survived by one son, Raymond of San Diego, California and by two brothers, Herbert and Hobart, both of R. R. 2, Mulkeytown where the deceased also lived, and by one sister Mrs. Geneva Bullock of Chicago. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body will be at the Union Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today, Thursday.
